John Edwards from Crossing Over? Where Is He?
Q. I used to watch Crossing Over with John Edwards, but haven't seen his show on tv in a long time, probably almost 2 years. I do not believe in psychics or any of that garbage, but his show always got me into it; it was pretty interesting. If anyone out there is real, I think it would be him. Does anyone know if his show is still on? I live in Canada, by the way...so maybe it's only on in the States nowadays. I didn't ask for your opinions on John Edwards...I even said I don't believe in that garbage. I just wanted to know if it was still on tv.

A. Wrong John Edwards, Em M. There is a psychic named John Edward (no 'S' at the end). His show is so amazing and the great thing is that he isn't like that Sylvia Browne character, who always tries to tell people their future. He simply connects people to loved ones they have lost who have messages for them that help them move on. SO inspiring!

A. Don't fall for that. You'll end up paying for a guy that will pretend to cross to the "other side" and have a conversation with a dog. The memory of your dog is going to be with you forever. It's not a dog, it's the time you two spent together. That's what you cherish and are about to loose. But what you have with you already, you're not going to loose it. John Edwards is going to give you a cheap imitation and charge you for a top quality item.

Do any of you Christians watch 'Crossing Over' with John Edwards and think he is full of sh**?
Q. Do you ever watch the people on that show that believe he can actually talk to the dead and think 'wow these people are so naive, how could someone be that stupid?' but then you realize they are being exploited, not that they are stupid but that they are being exploited because they *want* to believe it so badly (usually because of the death of a loved one) Well, if you are a Christian and you can relate to that then you now know what it is like to be an atheist looking at a Christian.

A. I never allow that show in my home, it opens the door for satan. Something I am not willing to do.

Q. How many people think that Crossing Over with John Edwards is a bunch of baloney? The one time I watched it, it seemed like he was asking a bunch of random, generic questions of the living about a deceased member before he actually got it right.

When you die can your spirit come back?
Q. This is a bit of an odd question prompted by watching crossing over with John Edward (I think) At the end of the programme he has a questions and answers sessions where people say things like 'what happens if you are a sceptic when you die' etc I want to know : 1. whether you meet up with other people from your past e.g my grandfather- 2. also does your spirit get older e.g if you die aged 40 do you live eternally at 40 in the afterlife or do you age? 3. Does your life flash before you? Odd questions but still thought provoking. thanks

How 'bout a survey here? Does anyone else feel like I do: that if Obama does not use great care. . .?
Q. in choosing his running mate for V.P., such as #1--Hillary, #2--John Edwards, or even crossing over party lines and choosing someone such as Senator Gordon Smith (R-Oregon), that he WILL lose this election to John McCain? NOTE: If you are not familiar with Sen. Gordon Smith (R-OR.), check him out--I think he would be a GOOD choice, myself. However, bottom-line: Is it over for Obama unless he (along with his advisors) exercise GREAT caution when choosing his running mate?

Does anyone have any expertise on the subject of psychic mediums, can regular people learn this skill?I?
Q. I have just finished reading John edward "one last time' and "crossing over" and I throughly do believe he can talk to people who have crossed over. In the book he mentioned that everyone has the ability to do what he does but they just need the know how. so I was wondering if anyone has personally or knows anyone who has found resourses or ways of honening in to this piticular skill. If so where and how did they accomplish this and what kind of experiences have they had to validate this. I never got a chance to say good bye to my dead pearents or siblings and I would love to be able to learn how to communicate with them since they were all I had left as away of knowing that they are still with me, which would help me to heal in so many… [cont.]

Q. people like john edwards, and sylivia brown, and james van prouhg? it seems as though everyone that has crossed over... has went to heaven,, do you think this is strange?, and also, as christians we KNOW that animals do not go to heaven. but yet they seem to think they can connect with them. what do you believe all this is..? R U into life after death? Do U validate & appreciate ur loved ones? Do U think theres more when we leave?
Q. What r the 'platos'/ levels that we cross as we pass on to our new spiritual exsistance? My mom is dying-I'll be staying with her for her duration becuz I refuse to let her die alone and being her only daughter-I figure she brought me into this world & I'll be there the whole way to see her out. But I'm just wondering...do we really know where we go from here? I believe there is more but my fears of death still over power so much what I want/ need to believe in. I'm very in tune/open to the spiritual side & have felt it and dreamt it. I know somethings there but I guess what I'm wondering is- will all that be enough when my mother goes? She doesn't see it like I do...will she still come thru to me & let me know when she's there? I wish 'Jo [cont.]

A. Christ removes the fear of death! He is the victor over it! All proceeded from God and All will one day return. To His people we are already dead with Him to the elemental world, but alive unto higher planes in Christ, our captain. Death was the curse, but Christ has made death death the way to new life. He always turn the curse to blessing and makes it good.

FAR 61.129 (a)(3)(iii) & (iv) Cross Country Time?
Q. Still trying to make heads or tails. About my cross country from KFFZ to KSDL to KTUS then waited till daylight then KTUS to KSDL to KFFZ one CFI say it conform on says it doesnt One DPE says its Good Another says its bad I have to do it over. Even those who say its bad for different reasons. The AOPA says because the end airport is less than 100nm from the aircraft base that its no good. The FISDO In Scottsdale says its bad because the 100nm staight line isn t 2 hours long. Here is the letter from the Author I got and give you his intentions when he wrote the Regulation. The way the rule reads is that a person would measure out a total straight line distance "of more than 100 miles from the original point of departure" Notice, the rule… [cont.]

A. At this point, I think finding the 'right' interpretation doesn't matter so much. Clearly different people read this regulation in different ways. What you need now is to find someone who agrees with your interpretation and has the authority to enforce it. Have you found anyone at the FAA that agrees with you? Have you asked the guy who wrote the regulation to explain his interpretation and intention to the local FSDO? Have you tried to do your checkride with the DPE that says it's good instead? You mentioned lawyers in your other question; have they been able to reach an understanding with the FAA? Have you tried contacting someone in Oklahoma City? In any event, no answer you get here will help because no one on Yahoo has the authority… [cont.]
